Who We Are

Josh has nearly two decades of finance, investing, and government experience. Since 2020, Josh has served as Managing Partner of GMM.

In addition to his work at GMM, Josh has been a Senior Advisor to the Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions group and to Atairos, a growth-focused strategic investment company. From 2020-2022, Josh was a co-founder, CFO, and then CEO of Healthcare Services Acquisition Corp (ticker: HCAR), a $331 million SPAC. From 2012-2020, Josh was an investor at Caspian Capital, a fund focused on opportunistic, stressed, and distressed credit. Prior to Caspian, Josh was a credit analyst at Bain Capital Credit, covering healthcare and then special situations. Over his investing career, Josh has served as a board Member of LucyRX and board observer for Expion Health and MedX (now Expion Health). During his time in the public sector, Josh was a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives and a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Treasury Department during the Financial Crisis.

Christian has over 15 years' experience investing globally across credit, equity, claims/litigation and process-driven opportunities and has been a Partner at GMM since 2021.

Christian was most recently a Managing Director at Cove Lane Partners, an investment fund focused on special situations/ complex transactions. From 2013-2020 he held senior investment roles at Marble Ridge Capital and Wingspan Investment Management, both opportunistic credit funds. In 2012, Christian served as a clerk to Judge Robert Gerber at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Christian began his career at merchant bank Grail Partners, where he served as an Analyst and Associate focused on private equity investing and M&A advisory from 2006 to 2010. In addition to his investing work, Christian serves on the board of Expion Health.

Rory has 10 years of experience in specialized investment banking and private investing experience across various asset classes. Rory joined GMM as a Principal in 2023 and is focused on M&A advisory, capital raising, and principal investing.

Rory was most recently a Vice President at JPK Capital, a family office focused on growth equity investments across a variety of sectors. Prior to JPK Capital, Rory was an investment professional at Partners Group where he focused on debt and equity impact investments globally. Rory began his career in investment banking with the Power, Energy & Infrastructure group at Lazard where he advised on over $35 billion of transactions.

Ben has 10 years of experience in specialized investment banking and private investing. Ben joined GMM as a Principal in 2024 and is focused on M&A advisory, capital raising, and principal investing.

Ben was most recently a Senior Associate at Vesey Street Capital Partners, a middle market healthcare-focused private equity firm. Prior to Vesey Street, Ben was an investment professional at Healthcare Services Acquisition Corp (ticker: HCAR), a $331 million SPAC and an associate on the private equity team at Partners Group. Ben began his career in investment banking with the Healthcare group at BMO Capital Markets, where he advised on middle market healthcare companies.

Geneva has broad experience across operations, technology, and client engagement in both high-growth SaaS and investment environments. She joined GMM as Operations Manager in 2025 and focuses on internal platform development, strategic initiatives, and overall firm operations.

Prior to GMM, Geneva held senior consulting and account management roles at monday.com, where she partnered with over 200 clients to drive adoption, lead digital transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable impact. She began her career in education as a lead teacher at The Windward School.
